Maxwell Fahie, Associate at Cheffins comments:
“These three sites offer both local and national housebuilders the opportunity to secure strategic development land in a region of the UK which is currently suffering from an acute shortage of new housing stock. Both East Cambridgeshire and South Cambridgeshire are struggling with the delivery of new homes, compounded by affordability issues, and these sites allow developers to build out and sell on within popular locations which are witnessing a strong level of demand.”

Fordham – £2,000,000
Meldreth – £1,950,000
