Graven Hill, the UK’s largest self and custom build development in Bicester, will be opening its doors for a Help to Buy event on Saturday 28 September.
Visitors will be able to talk to a range of experts, including IMS Mortgages and Help to Buy South, about the scheme and ask any questions they may have – no question is too big or too small!
Graven Hill is keen to spread the message that custom build home ownership is available for everyone, with Help to Buy being a practical way to make the dream a reality.
The event is open to both first-time buyers and existing homeowners, with Help to Buy available on all custom build homes at Graven Hill. This allows buyers to apply for a 20 percent equity loan from the Government, meaning only a five percent cash deposit is needed, with a 75 percent mortgage covering the remainder.
Karen Curtin, managing director at Graven Hill, said:
“At Graven Hill, we are keen to create a community that is accessible to everyone. Help to Buy is a key part of this, ensuring that all our custom build homes are affordable, even to those taking their first steps onto the property ladder.
“Many people are still unsure of the benefits of the Help to Buy scheme, so this event will provide a brilliant opportunity to talk to industry experts, ask questions and find out everything you need to know about the scheme.
“We look forward to showing visitors the variety of designs and layouts available in our latest Custom Build new homes.”
The event is being held at the Show Home on the Graven Hill site, Bicester, OX25 2AQ on Saturday 28 September, between 10 am – 4 pm. Book your place on the Graven Hill website.
