Integrated Solutions, City Plumbing’s specialist public sector plumbing and heating division, has bolstered its team with three recruits. Samantha Killick and Karl Andrew join as Senior Account Managers for the South West of England and Wales and London and the South West, respectively, while Karolina Kamienieck takes on the newly created role of Estimator.

Samantha joins the Integrated Solutions division from within City Plumbing. Previously, Samantha worked branch-side at sites across South East England and Wales and brings almost ten years of hands-on operational experience. Day-to-day, Samantha will be the essential link between housing providers, contractors, City Plumbing branches and manufacturers, ensuring the efficient supply of plumbing and heating solutions to meet providers’ and, critically, their customers’ needs.

Karl joins Integrated Solutions at City Plumbing with almost twenty years of experience in the merchanting sector, including over 15 years at Benchmarx and the wider Travis Perkins group. With a background spanning branch operations, commercial projects and, most recently, category management, Karl has the perfect skill set to link branch operations, customers and suppliers within London and the South East.

Also joining from within City Plumbing, Karolina has informally supported the Integrated Solutions team and its housing provider customers since 2019; however, she has now joined the division full-time, providing dedicated pricing support. Karolina added:

“Budgets are under pressure everywhere, but no more so than in social housing. I will work in partnership with our Account Managers and bid team to value engineer projects and ensure customers get the best value for their spend.”
