Hopkins Homes has just received the premium ‘five star’ accolade from the Home Builders Federation (HBF), with over 90% of their customers stating that they would recommend the housebuilder to a friend.
The HBF star rating scheme awards builders’ stars based on homeowner feedback in an independent National New Homes Survey of customer satisfaction. The survey is designed to provide new home buyers with information to help guide their purchasing decision, and to encourage excellent levels of service to be delivered.
Lee Barnard, group managing director of Hopkins Homes said:
“Buying a new home is a hugely important decision and the continual investment we make in our homes, our people and our customers clearly demonstrates the importance we place on craft, quality and care. To be recognised as a five-star housebuilder is testament to this. I’m immensely proud of the entire team.”
Since its first project, the renovation of a Halesworth cottage in 1985, Hopkins Homes has become renowned for building distinctive homes and environments that retain the heritage of the past, while offering energy efficient modern living. Homes that people trust and aspire to.
Sean Clare, head of customer care, commented:
“We know that customer experience is of the upmost importance to any new home buyer. It’s what I’m passionate about. I’m delighted to be part of this dedicated and growing team that creates places that people are proud to call home.
“Feedback from our customers is incredibly important, both the positives and negatives. It’s what drives our business forward. This five-star rating reflects the hard work and dedication from everyone at Hopkins Homes.”
