Housebuilding group untypical has named Kathryn Pennington as its new Regional Managing Director for the Western Region, bolstering its leadership team as the company drives forward its ambitious growth plans.
Bringing more than two decades of industry-wide experience, Kathryn has held a number of senior leadership positions in land and development, most recently at Vistry Group where she earned recognition for her expertise in delivering sustainable growth through strategic partnerships.
Notably, Kathryn has a proven track record in the south-west including her role in delivering the development of large-scale sites, such as the 5,500-home Sherford New Town community project.
In her new role at untypical, she will head up strategic operations across the Western Region, focusing on the completion of existing developments, whilst expanding the company’s footprint in the south-west of England.
Kathryn is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and serves as a Non-Executive Director for Elim Housing Association.
