Leading housing developer, Lovell Partnerships has acquired a portion of a 907-acre site in Corby, Northamptonshire from U
The site commenced last month with Lovell Partnerships moving forward in delivering the affordable housing to The Riverside Group and the launching of the open market sale under Lovell Homes.
Positioned in England’s fastest area of development for business and employment, Priors Hall Park is a once in a generation project for Lovell to partner with Urban&Civic on to deliver 75 homes, including the site’s first affordable housing. This is the first time the two major institutions have collaborated, and on such a future centric project.
Across the new community, Priors Hall will provide approximately 3,000 homes with Lovell Partnerships being responsible for the site’s first affordable housing provision. Lovell Partnerships has committed to delivering 26 homes under the shared ownership scheme through Riverside Housing, which further supports the need for cost-effective properties in the area.

The acquisition of land at Priors Hall is another step in the expansion of Lovell Partnerships’ offering in the East Midlands, with 75 properties approved, which will be built in zone one of the development. This location is ideal for residential properties as it’s situated next to the new district centre, care home, primary and secondary school, providing amenities for every generation.
Once complete, Priors Hall will comprise of 25.5 acres of formal open spaces and sports pitches, nine acres of employment space and four new educational facilities. Planning has also been granted on a further parcel providing 45 affordable homes.
