Caring for social housing and the community
Established in 1978, MCP has achieved significant growth over the last five years and have invested heavily in their directly employed workforce and infrastructure. They currently deliver over 70,000 responsive repairs annually, servicing over 30,000 properties for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Registered Landlords, in London, Homes Counties and the South East.
In addition to providing high quality services, MCP also invest one per cent of their annual turnover into community projects and charities. Among dozens of projects, their social enterprise programme gives employment opportunities to disadvantaged young people to gain work experience or start an apprenticeship which has helped to turn many young lives around.
Rewards for Quality and Customer Commitment
In addition to winning the Repairs & Maintenance Provider of the Year Award, in September MCP also won the East of England Chamber of Commerce Customer Commitment Award in September, recognising the commitment and value that MCP bring to their customers when caring for properties and people in the social housing sector.
In June of this year MCP also won the Inspired Herts Family Business of the Year Award 2018, which recognised MCP as the best local, independent and family run business in Hertfordshire, and one that positively supports the local community.
