Orbit has appointed a new head of property and estates management, to lead the further development of its property and estates operating model.
Wendy joins Orbit following 17 years at Places for People, most recently in the role of housing services manager and brings with her over 20 years of experience in the social housing sector.
In her new role, Wendy will focus on re-shaping the team and launching a refresh of the operating model, to enable Orbit to bring together stakeholder teams across the business to better deliver an enhanced and connected service. Taking a customer centric approach, Wendy will work with customer groups to ensure that the operating model can deliver diverse services in a changing world.
