Top Midlands developer Springbourne Homes has scooped two top design awards for its stunning £19m Hornsey Rise site in Leicestershire.

The luxurious location, near Market Bosworth, has been recognised in the Residential Development and the Architecture Multiple Residence categories of the 2021/22 UK Property Awards.

The prestigious awards are judged by an independent panel of more than 80 industry experts,  focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.

The Springbourne team will be honoured at the United Kingdom Property Awards gala evening at London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel on October 29.

Already 17 of the 19 homes are sold or reserved with only a five bedroom home, costing £1.25m, and a four bedroom home, at £835,000, still available. Construction at the 10 acre site is expected to be completed in November.
